Chef Rossarin Sriprathum's inspired menu touches all parts of Thailand, with cuisine from the north, central and south, as well as inventive interpretations of Royal Thai classics. In addition to the extensive Celadon à la carte menu, there are also two nine-course set menus — the Kaprow and Horapa — as well as the Kan-Plu vegetarian menu, and the Anchan or Puong Chompu herb garden menus. The interior is more contemporary than traditional Thai décor, with upholstered seating, elegant table settings, soft modern lighting and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with pleated drapery.
