Peaches & Wild Ontario Blueberries with Mint

Fresh Niagara peaches and small wild blueberries are just two of nature's sweet summer bounty that can be found in local farmer's markets and family-run road side fruit stands along the picturesque country roads around Niagara on the Lake in Southern Ontario. Sliced and served with fresh mint and even topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt, this simple healthy dessert is beautiful and delicious.
